You are a member of the Global Strike Force, a group of operatives who attempt to stop wars before the begin. In the former Soviet Union terrorist activity is building and is a threat to the world. Piloting a Super Apache helicopter players are to carry out mission objectives that include anything from destroying a target to rescuing civilians. Soviet Strike features what Electronic Arts calls a “living” battlefield. This means that the enemies will not wait and react to your actions but will be carrying out their objectives whether you attack them or not. If you fly by them without attacking they may not bother to pursue you and instead complete another objective which could cause you to fail. In total there are five battlefields that are made up of missions and sub-missions. To help carry out your objectives you are armed with guns, rockets, and missiles, plus the difficulty level is adjustable.
This game comes with the cover and back cover art but no manual.
